Additional information

According to art. 14 of the Act of 6 September 2001 on road transport (unified text, Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1907, as amended):

The a road transport operator is obliged to notify in writing or in the form of an electronic document to the authority that authorized the occupation of a road carrier or a Community licence, the change of the data referred to in art. 7a - no later than within 28 days from the day of their occurring.

If the changes include data contained in the permit to perform the occupation of a road transport operator or licence, the entrepreneur is obliged to submit a request to change the content of the permit or licence.

According to art. 35 paragraph 3 of Administrative Code (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1257):

The matter is dealt with not later than within a month, and matters particularly complicated - no later than within two months from the date of initiation of the proceedings.

According to art. 11 (3) of Regulation (EC) No 1071/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009:

The competent authority shall process the application for permit as soon as possible, not longer than three months from the date of receipt by the competent authority of all documents necessary to examine the application. In rightly justified cases, the competent authority may extend this period by one month.

 

The International Transport Office would like to inform you that applications submitted via the postal operator regarding a Community licence/excerpts from a Community licence are considered in the order of their arrival.

In addition, we would like to inform you that applications for granting a Community licence/excerpts from the Community licence are also carried out directly at the Customer Service Room from 8.30am to 3.30pm.

An entrepreneur whose expiry date of the rights come to an end, may submit an appropriate application - three months before the expiry date of the current entitlements.

 

We would like to kindly inform you that in random cases, applications for the transfer of rights pursuant to art. 13 para. 2 point 1 of the Act of 6 September 2001 on road transport, are implemented in the first place.

Article 13 paragraph 2 point 1

The authority that authorized the occupation of a road carrier, a Community licence (...) transfers, by way of an administrative decision, the rights arising therefrom in the case of the death of a natural person authorized to pursue the occupation of a road transport operator or a licence and to the heir in their place, including also a natural person who is a partner, in particular a registered partnership or limited partnership (...),

- provided that the trader acquiring the rights resulting from the permit to pursue the profession of a road transport operator meets the requirements set out in Article 5 para. 2 or provided that the entrepreneur acquiring the rights resulting from the licence of the meets requirements specified in art. 5a or art. 5c par. 1 or 2.

For persons authorized on behalf of the entrepreneur to deal with matters (collection of documents, signing of prints, expressing the will, making statements) - stamp duty in the amount of 17 PLN - should be paid to the bank account of:
